DNA ACTS Employee Volunteer Program

DNA ACTS (Assisting the Community Through Service) provides a means for Denver Newspaper Agency, Denver Post and Rocky Mountain News co-workers and their families to add value to the community by becoming involved in group volunteer efforts to benefit nonprofit agencies.

The Denver Newspaper Agency recognizes that as a company in Colorado it has a major responsibility to help meet the needs and satisfy the concerns of the communities of which it is a part. We believe that when we invest volunteer and financial resources in our neighborhoods, positive partnerships result, which improve the quality of life and make communities better places to live, work and play.

Volunteer projects are selected and organized by an employee Advisory Board and involve co-workers from all areas of the Denver Newspaper Agency.

Last year our employees (along with their family and friends) contributed over 1,860 hours of service to the community. That's a value of more than $33,000!
